Kids from 2 years old through 8th grade, and school teachers and librarians.
When?
September 1, 2007 through August 31, 2008. Make sure you sign up before October 31, 2007, to be eligible for the special prize to be awarded at the W5 party in September 2008.
Where?
Anywhere! The book club is online, so you may participate at home, school or around the world!
Why?
Reading will expand your mind!
At http://bookclub.hmns.org/ click on "Book Club Rules." Click on "Register" to register for the book club. Click on "Book List" for the listing of eligible books to read each month. Although this is not our book club, we may get questions. When you get to the MNS book club site, you will see that HPL, Harris County, and other library systems in the Houston area are listed. Bookmarks are available at our public service desks.
